Next Two Weeks
Hey everyone 👋
First month of the year in the books. Weird to think we are a little over 20% done with February now too. Time… such a tricky devil isn’t it?
Anywho, to the important stuff - last year we took a two week hiatus from publishing as a way to refresh, research, and retool. We decided to do the same thing again this year. Have no fear though because here is what is going to happen:
We’re going to send out the newsletter on the same weekly cadence. While it might not contain this thoughts section, industry updates, or new roles, it will still serve as a reminder if you need help with job searching or you want to contribute answers to the survey. This will only be available to those subscribed on Substack.
If you need your RecOps content fix, we can highly recommend checking out Luke Eaton’s The Data-Driven Recruiter and Andrew Lewis’ Talent Operator newsletters.
We’ll continue to be thinking about fun new ways to bring you the content.
