Creative Use of AI in Your JDs
We thought about doing a recap of the RecOps Conference here, but we’ll save that for a separate, special edition and instead opt for a quick tip from the Conference. This one is brought to you by Maksym Dziarmaga. If you aren’t familiar with Maksym, beyond being a phenomenal RecOps pro, he is also a hilarious comedian and super creative.
Anywho, here is the tip: Use AI to generate images or movies for your JDs. While many are using AI to help write or fine-tune their JDs, you can take it one step further to create a more multimedia-driven and sensory experience for your candidates. Additionally, this can also come in handy if you want to record videos of the hiring managers but don’t have enough time or budget for a professionally done video.
