Boolean Strings for Specific ATS Job Search
We’ve consolidated our list of boolean search strings for RecOps professionals to make them easier for everyone to use. Check out the list here. GAI Prompt for RecOps
Please create a candidate data set that can be exported as an Excel file with 100 rows that includes the following:
Column A should be titled “Candidate Full Name.” It should contain a random list of the Top 100 most common names in the US.
Column B should be labeled “Candidate First Name” and is the candidate’s first name and be the first name contained in Column A.
Column C should be labeled “Candidate Last Name” and is the candidate’s last name and be the last name contained in Column A.
Column D should be labeled “Job” and contain one of the following jobs chosen at random and comma-separated: Software Engineer, Sr Software Engineer, Principal Software Engineer, Sales Development Representative, Business Development Representative, Account Executive, HR Specialist, Recruiting Specialist, Recruiter, Marketing Manager, Product Manager
Column E should be labeled “Application Date” and contain a random date from 2023 in the format MM / DD / YYYY.
Column F should be labeled “Hire Date”, contain a random date from 2023 in the format MM / DD / YYYY, but only applied to 30 of the names on the list.
Column G should be labeled “Rejection Reason” and contain one of the following rejections reasons unless that row has a hire date in which case leave it blank: Lacking qualification, Chose Another Candidate, Unresponsive, Failed Review
