Two Big Things Not to Sleep On
Two big items for our community dropped this week, and we wanted to call them out specifically.
Mike Joyner, the foundational RecOps leader, and Growth by Design Talent teamed up with Gem on a comprehensive recruiting trends report to surface insights on how teams, processes, and tools are evolving. These insights will help shape your TA strategies and investments as you enter Q4 and plan for the new year. Not only does this survey benefit the broader RecOps community, and you will gain access to the raw dataset later, but it also offers the opportunity to enter a raffle for a one-hour coaching session with Mike. Given Mike’s influence on this generation of RecOps leaders, that is huge. Use this link to complete the survey (It closes on Monday)
Viet Nguyen, the Head of RecOps at Vercel, is hosting a first for our space: a hackathon for RecTech. This is an opportunity to show off what you have been building. Additionally, there would be an in-person element to present. Here is the link for more details.
Weekly Survey
Last week, we asked if you had taken a vacation this year. Unfortunately, it looks like 55+% of folks who voted said no. For this week, we’re curious about the following:
RecOps - The GPT
RecOps - Available in the OpenAI store and free to use.
