James Colino Talks About the RecOps FrameWork
In the lead-up to the RecOps Conference in Chicago on October 24th and 25th, we’ve started a short vignette series in which we chat with RecOps professionals about topics they’re excited to discuss in person with RecOps folks. This week, we caught up with James Colino, writer of RecOps: Recruiting is (Still) Broken. Here’s How to Fix It and Director of TA at Sheetz, to talk about the RecOps framework and how it adapts to new technologies.
If you haven’t picked up a ticket to the event yet, here is a link for a 15% discount. Exciting news as well - you will also get a digital copy to James’ book closer to the event. If you're having trouble convincing your company or manager to send you, reach out, and we’ll chat with you about it. This is an event for the community, so we want to help you.
RecOps - GPT Update
RecOps - Exciting news out of OpenAI this week is that we can now work on fine-tuning the model even more. We’re going to work hard to make sure we do that. Additionally, James has also allowed us to add his book to the model, which is even more exciting. If you haven’t used the GPT yet, it is available in the OpenAI store and free to use.
