RecOps Explained In Song Lyrics

One, often overlooked, aspect of RecOps is the interaction with Recruiting Coordinator (RC) and candidate. From time to time, being an RC means being a candidate advocate. With candidates, especially those who have been searching for a long time or are inexperienced at interviewing, an RC can provide a map to hope by providing personal touches and extra communication.

What Neil is Looking to Do: I want to establish and nurture relationships with recruiters, hiring managers, and other stakeholders by collaborating with them on various tasks and projects. I also want to analyze data and provide insights to the hiring teams, helping them improve the candidate experience, the functionality of the applicant tracking system (ATS), and the balance of interviewers' workload. Last, I'm always looking to volunteer for new projects, as it allows me to gain a deeper understanding of the company's business and culture.
